Care Leavers Collective CIC is the community impact arm of Care Leavers Cymru.
Through community-based projects, mentoring opportunities and wellbeing initiatives, we create opportunities for care-experienced children, young people and adults to develop belonging, confidence, connection and opportunity.

A future where belonging replaces isolation, opportunities replace barriers and care-experienced voices are recognised as a strength within our communities.

Our mission is to create opportunities that strengthen identity, belonging, emotional wellbeing and positive life outcomes for care-experienced children, young people and adults.
Through innovative projects, community initiatives and partnership working, we aim to reduce isolation, promote inclusion and create lasting change.
